Moulin De Gassac Pinot Noir
In the early 1990s, the Guibert family (of Mas de Daumas Gaussac) wanted to create a collection of more accessible wines in the great terroirs on the amphitheater site of Villeveyrac in Hérault. They partneredwith about 30 winegrowers of the Villeveyrac cellar and created a second line of wines called Moulin de Gassac.
For over 30 years, the authentic production approach has continued to drive the search for quality in this vineyard. Across 250 hectares, all the plots are subject to ambitious specifications : selection of vines according to terroir, low yields, plot-by-plot vinification in dedicated vats to name a few. The wines are produced under the guidance of two agricultural engineers who are involved in the viticulture and winemaking processes.

Founded in 1972, Pieve Santa Restituta in Montalcino has flourished under Angelo Gaja’s ownership since 1994. Named for a restored 17th-century church, the estate features meticulously replanted, high-density Sangiovese vineyards on limestone and clay soils, producing two elegant Brunellos: Sugarille and Rennina. The winery’s classic approach, led by Angelo and his daughter Gaia, emphasizes refined tannins, vibrant acidity, and expressive character. This lovely Brunello returns to our shelves and is a great addition to your next celebration and/or your collection!
Gaja Pieve Di Santa Restituta Brunello di Montalcino
Since 1972, Roberto Bellini developed the Pieve Santa Restituta estate into a promising winegrowing property. In 1994, renowned winemaker Angelo Gaja became a partner, eventually taking full ownership of the estate in Montalcino. The estate is named after a 17th-century church restored by the Gaja family.
Gaja invested heavily in replanting vineyards at higher density and updating the underground cellar. The estate produces two Brunellos—Sugarille and Rennina—on 16 hectares of limestone and clay soil, ideal for Sangiovese grapes. The winery, integrated into the existing cellar, follows a classic winemaking style focused on tannin development, acidity, and elegance, with Gaja’s daughter Gaia also involved.
