Belgian Grisette

The Belgian-style Grisette is often considered the “little sibling” to the Saison; both see high carbonation, dry finish, and some degree of Belgian yeast character but only Grisettes often have a lower, more sessionable alcohol range, usually in the 2.5%-4.5% range.
