A family run house that has been producing fine Sherry (Jerez) since 1781, the production process for Sherry is a long and relatively complicated one with many steps in which they combine traditional and modern techniques in order to create a consistent quality product. Let Kate walk you through the different bottlings and styles produced by Romate and how to pair, drink, and enjoy them- on their own or in a cocktail!
