Join our very own Spirits Expert Kate Fraser in store for a FREE Thursday afternoon tasting focusing on the fortified beverage Port; a fortified wine that originates from the Douro Valley in northern Portugal and named after the city of Porto. Port is often enjoyed as a dessert wine due to its sweetness, but it can also be paired with cheeses, chocolates, or served on its own as an after-dinner drink. It has a rich history and is produced in the aforementioned tightly regulated region, which contributes to its quality and uniqueness.
