Known for being the agricultural heartland, the area is famous for its fruit crops.
Their spirits and liqueurs are bottled in quality glass. They distill all of their products in small batches, so they can closely monitor the quality. The fruit for their liqueurs is sourced from the Annapolis Valley and the grains used are local as commodity permits.
