Antonelli is a winemaking and farming state with over 170 hectares located withing Montefalco’s DOCG winemaking area. The Antonelli family is committed to caring for their land, they practice organic viticulture, and has always been attentive to the quality of their products. They create authentic wines of great drinkability. They lean towards gentle extraction and moderate use of wood to focus on elegance rather than blunt power in their wines.
Grechetto is the main autochthonous white varietal of Umbria. When blended it is widespread in the Orvieto area, while pure in the Colli Martani whose territory is part of Montefalco.

Vinas Vetusta is a family run vineyard and winery in Ribera del Duero practicing certified organic farming. The vineyards are located in the municipality of Fuentenebro (Burgos) in two unique sites. One site, the “Forest” , is characterized by a soil in which predominates the large boulder and red clay subsoil and is located 960 meters above sea level. The second local is the “Carrascalon” whose terroir consists of the characteristic red clay soil of the area and its special height, 1000 meters above sea level

Gimonnet is a grower Champagne house with more vineyard acreage in the Côte des Blancs than any other recoltant manipulant; 69 acres. The Gimmonets have many old-vine parcels in 30 acres of some of the Côte des Blancs’ choicest grands crus, but the house makes no Champagnes that meet grand cru regulations, rather chose to blend from different sites in order to craft their desired style. All of their reserve wines used for their NV are housed in bottles rather then the more common practice of keeping reserve wines in tanks.

Aveleda is a name which spans several generations. The first records of the sale of bottled wine date back to 1870, with Manuel Pedro Guedes (1837-1899), known for his strong enterprising spirit and believed to be the founder of the business as we know it today. His work bore fruit and the quality of the Aveleda wines started to be recognised, as the gold medals won in the international competitions in Berlin (1888) and Paris (1889) attest. Today the Guedes family still owns 100% of the company, always committed to maintaining this family legacy.

Paul-Joseph Cyrot, at the time director of the Château de Pommard and Clos de Tart Morey-Saint-Denis, founded this estate in the 1920s. Four generations have followed each other since, at the Domaine, each bringing new parcels of vines: Burgundy, Volnay, Maranges 1er Cru, Santenay 1er Cru, Pommard and Pommard 1er Cru, an exceptional terroir for Pinot Noir. In 1989, Olivier, his great-grandson, took over the estate. With his wife Fabienne, they manage the 6 ha family estate.

Azienda Agricola Fontanelle consists of four farm buildings on 55 hectares of land, west of Chianciano in Southern Tuscany. Being a small family-run business has enabled its owners to produce a limited yet prestigious selection of wines, Chianti DOC, Toscana IGT and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. In addition to wine production, the family’s love for their land and tradition, means that they also produce extra-virgin olive oil, breed Tuscan pigs, called cinta senese and practice arboriculture.
Riccardo Rosati, completely dedicated and full of experience that has been handed down from generations, looks after the vineyards of high density and low yield per hectare, ensuring that the wine is of high quality without losing its original flavor. The wine production, which is exclusively from the owner’s vineyard, is intentionally limited. The choice of looking after small areas of land containing the best characteristics of soil, the optimum position and the decision to plant native vineyards with a density of 5-6000 groves per hectare have awarded the owner with high quality wines that are among the more traditional Tuscan classics, but well-structured and complex.

Family owned, Leeuwin Estate, one of the five founding wineries of the now famous Margaret River district of Western Australia, is under the direction of two generations who work with a team of highly skilled winemakers to consistently produce wines ranking alongside the world’s finest. In 1972, legendary Napa Valley winemaker, Robert Mondavi, identified the future site of the Leeuwin vineyard as being ideal for the production of premium wine and provided early mentorship to Denis and Tricia Horgan in the transformation of their cattle farm into Leeuwin Estate. Enjoying its first commercial vintage in 1979, Leeuwin was thrust into the international spotlight when Decanter Magazine gave its highest recommendation to the 1981 “Art Series” Chardonnay. The international accolades have continued and Leeuwin now exports to 30 markets. A Japanese blended whisky from the White Oak distillery, which is in Hyogo, just west of Kobe. On the nose, honeyed cereal, green apple and a few sultanas. The palate shows white chocolate, floral malt, a drizzle of maple syrup. The finish is slightly oily, with a pinch of pink peppercorn.
