The sun is out, and that can only mean one thing; Vermouth Spritz.
Comoz Vermouth is one of my favourite aperitifs that we sell. It’s a 200 year old recipe from a vermouthier that closed in the 80’s, only to be brought back to life by Dolin. Made in the French Alps, and packed with aromatic notes of cherry, vanilla, orchard fruits, and wormwood. The palate is smooth, creamy, and full of flavour that finishes with a touch of sweetness. It’s the perfect companion to sip on while making dinner, over ice with a lemon twist or with soda water for a spritz. Vermouth is cool again, kids, so pick up a bottle and drink with gusto.
