Jean-Paul Brunās low-intervention philosophy includes the use of indigenous yeast, minimal S02, and minimal filtration to best express the grape and terroir. Domaine des Terres DorĆ©es was established in 1979 in Brunās native Charnay, and has grown to include classic Beaujolais Crus such as Morgon, Fleurie, and Saint Amour. In the glass, white flowers, honey, and peach are grounded by the regionās signature minerality. sourced from 35 year old vines in sandy clay and limestone soils, this Beaujolais Blanc sees stainless steel fermentation and lees aging, crafting a pleasing counterbalance of bright, racy freshness alongside a satisfyingly creamy weight.
