From the shores of the Minas Basin, Domaine de Grand Pré sits at the entrance to the Annapolis Valley, the heart of Nova Scotia Wine Country.. Aged for seven months in new French oak, toasty cedar, vanilla and baking spice sit alongside lemon curd, orchard fruit, and tropical notes. The Small Lot Chardonnay bears the region’s distinct coastal influence, offering fresh acidity and minerality alongside a slight buttery finish thanks to partial malolactic fermentation.
