Tasting Notes
Aromas of chocolate covered cherries and raspberries, some earth and spice and liquorice notes. This cuvée offers a supple and fresh attack in a harmonious whole. A very approachable and crowd pleasing red, with some complexity and enough structure to enjoy on its own but would pair with types of food. Perfect for pasta with sundried tomatoes, pesto or a meat sauce, couscous with Merguez sausages.
