Light & Fruity Reds

These wines are light bodied with refreshing, bright berry fruit flavours.  They are elegant and easy to sip on their own, with or without food, and can often work in place of a full-bodied white wine.  If oak is used in the winemaking it never overwhelms the delicate fruit. Best served with charcuterie, soft mild cheeses or poultry, pork, and salmon.

Key aromas and flavours: red cherries, raspberry, cranberry, rhubarb, flowers
