Light & Fruity Reds
These wines are light bodied with refreshing, bright berry fruit flavours. Â They are elegant and easy to sip on their own, with or without food, and can often work in place of a full-bodied white wine. Â If oak is used in the winemaking it never overwhelms the delicate fruit. Best served with charcuterie, soft mild cheeses or poultry, pork, and salmon.
