Baden

Baden is Germany’s most southerly and warmest wine region and produces the country’s fullest wines.  It is the only region where red wines dominate whites and the best vineyard sites are located on an extinct volcano, Kaiserstuhl.   These wines are not widely exported as there is a high domestic demand.
