NS Spirit Co. - Blue Lobster Pink Lemonade
Inspired by and made for Nova Scotia’s culture of kitchen parties, storytelling, good times with friends and family, and that laidback Maritime lifestyle; founded in 2015 in Pictou County, Nova Scotia Spirit Co. focuses on producing quality, small-batch spirits at an everyday price.
Their core lineup of spirits; Fisherman’s Helper Rum, Willing to Learn Gin, and Blue Lobster Vodka were all inspired by an ad found on the door of the building that would eventually house the distillery: Commercial lobster fisherman from Ballantyne’s Cove Antigonish County is looking to hire a fisherman’s helper for the summer. Basic requirements: sober, alert, willing to learn.

Villa Sparina Barbera
The Villa Sparina vineyards and winery were founded by the Moccagatta family in the 1970’s in Monterotondo, Piedmont, the heart of the Gavi DOCG. Villa Sparina comprises 100 hectares of land, 70 of which are cultivated with local grapes for the production of Gavi and Barbera wines. The estate produces a few wines from the Cortese grape; a Gavi di Gavi and a cru bottling from Monterotondo. The terroir exalts the acid component, savory and mineral features of the grape and contributes to the ageability of these wines.

Gachot-Monot Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Beaune
Five successive generations have been at the head of this family run estate created around 1890. Situated in Corgoloin on the border of Cote de Nuits and Cote de Beaune, the estate is today managed by Damien and Liselotte Gachot.
The recent history of the domain is highlighted by two women who contributed to the domaine’s longevity : Marguerite Monot who ran the vineyard alone from 1950 to 1980 and her only daughter, Marie Therese, who, with the help of her husband Jean Pierre Gachot renovated, replanted and gave their name to the Domaine. After completing his wine studies and with 10 months vineyard experience, Damien Gachot joined his mother in the domain in 1993 working and shaping the domain to its current form. The wines of Gachot-Monot represent excellent value in Burgundian wines. This fifth-generation vigneron farms twelve hectares in the village of Corgoloin, in between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune. They first came to Kermit’s attention via the master of La Tâche himself, Aubert de Villaine and another great Burgundian producer, Bertrand Chevillon. Damien was first saluted by the Hospices de Beaune as a young talent to be watched. Kermit Lynch has been importing his wines since the 2000 vintage.
