Meinklang Burgenland Weiss (750ml)
Naturally made Austrian wine from the small family run biodynamic producer Meinklang. The aromas are what get me; orange blossom and rose water, ginger and lemongrass. The palate is light, bright and dry with a lovely balance of fruit and lively acidity calling me back to sniff, sip and savor. The lowish alcohol (11.5% abv) makes this a safe pre-dinner wine
