Domaine du Salvard has been a working domaine since 1898, through five hardworking generations of the Delaille family. Today, all forty-two hectares of vineyards are farmed by the brother team of Emmanuel and Thierry Delaille, with help from their father Gilbert. They have carried on the traditions established by their ancestors, producing a true, classic Cheverny that is both simple and elegant. Their attention is on growing fresh, lively Sauvignon Blanc, deeply rooted in the sand, clay, and limestone plains of northeastern Touraine.
The Appellation Origine Controllee Cheverny was created in 1993. The Sauvignon Blancs produced here in the Middle Loire AOC definitely gives the more famous appellations of the Centre Loire; Sancerre and Pouilly Fumé, a run or their money.
Nestled in the vineyards of Saint-Emilion, 5 km away from the historical village, Château Fleur de Lisse is a lovely family estate where the owner Caroline Teycheney and her team make wonderful wines. The estate dates back to the 1850s and was one of the largest vineyards in Saint Étienne de Lisse in the early twentieth century. From 1940 to 2015 it belonged to the Minvielle family, who over the years modernized the cellars and built a successful wine business. In 2015, the château was acquired by the Teycheney family, who already owned Château La Loubière and, being passionately interested in farming and wine converted to biodynamic farming methods.

Brewery Verhaeghe is the brewery that produces Duchesse de Bourgogne. They are a small family-owned brewery in the southwest of West Flanders, Belgium. The history of the brewery dates back to 1885.
The Verhaeghe brewery follows one simple rule: do a little less, but do it better. At home in Belgium but also across the globe, beer consumers tend to gravitate more and more towards high quality, unique beers. The flagship beer ‘Duchesse de Bourgogne’ is living proof of this philosophy. This popular red-brown west-flemish ale is brewed according to traditional wild yeast fermentation that this region in Belgium is famous for and additionally matured in oak casks for 8-18 months to ensure the unmistakable full flavour of ‘the Duchesse’.
The house of Comoz was established in 1856 by Jean-Pierre Comoz, becoming the second vermouthier of Chambéry after Dolin (where Jean-Pierre had been previously employed). In 1881, under the leadership of the son Claudius Comoz, the house changed its production process of pale vermouth and introduced the type ‘Vermouth Blanc.’ By the 1930s, when the Tribunal de Chambéry applied for an appellation for its vermouth, Noël Comoz (the grandson) had risen to the president of the Union of Vermouthiers. The house declined along with the vermouth category in the late 20th century, closing its own operations in 1981. Production continued under contract for almost 20 years until disappearing completely by the year 2000. Today, the original recipe is produced by Dolin et Cie.
