Prosecco
Prosecco is a sparkling wine made from Glera (Prosecco) grapes in the Conegliano and Valdobbiadene areas.
Classic Prosecco production uses the Charmat or tank method for secondary fermentation, so that the resulting wine retains fresh primary fruit aromas and flavours. It is the quintessential Northern Italian aperitif and perfect to wash down salty prosciutto and salami.
