Blended whites from Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Marsanne, Rousanne and others.  Red wines feature the likes of Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and many more.

This area is more mountainous and rugged than some of the other Languedoc areas; long sunlight hours and little rainfall ensure properly ripened grapes and concentrated wines.
