Northern Rhone: Cote Rotie AC

Otherwise known as the “roasted slope”, this region only makes dark, spicy and structured red wines. Up to 20% white Viognier can be co-fermented with Syrah to add perfume and complexity.  These wines are elegant and ageworthy.
