Southern Rhone: Cru Villages

Gigondas AC, Vacqueras AC, Beaumes de Venise AC and Vinsobres AC are four villages located to the east of Chateauneuf-du-Pape and have been promoted to “Cru” status.  They all make red wine in the style of Chateauneuf-du-Pape and sometimes at a fraction of the cost.
