We are so fortunate here in Nova Scotia be a world leader in high quality fish and seafood. Right in our own backyard we can find everything from shellfish to fish, which are then split into white fish, red fish and oily fish.
Seafood here in Nova Scotia can be steamed, pan fried, baked, boiled or blended with other flavours.
For the purposes of broad food and wine pairings we have included all seafood under one heading but keep in mind that the varying kinds of seafood and the way they are prepared will influence the strength of the pairing.
