Halifax Landmark: CBCL Building
An image that defines Halifax for me, is walking down Spring Garden with a view of St Mary’s Cathedral, completely engulfed by the massive CBCL Building behind. Tradition and modernity, a stark but somehow harmonious picture.
Lenotti is a Veneto-based family run estate which has been producing wine since 1906. The Rosso Passo is the perfect red wine for these end of summer days, medium bodied and a lower abv (12.5%, hard to find!) offering flavours of ripe field berries and a light herbaceous note. Smooth and easy drinking.
