I started drinking wine in my first year of university. At the time I wasn’t focused on soil, region, or even grape variety, I just wanted something affordable and easy drinking for the party that night. I didn’t look in a red wine’s direction for years. Now, here I am with a Beaujolais from Morgon: dark red fruit, bouquet of flowers, lively tannins, and wonderfully complex. I’ve come a long way since the start of my wine journey, and I’ll definitely be around this one for the years ahead.
