Leon Millot

This variety was developed in France by an Alsatian researcher names Hans Kuhlmann, like Marechal Foch and Lucie Kuhlmann it is a cross of a Vitis Riparia-Rupestris hybrid and the Vitis Vinifera variety Goldriesling.

Leon Millot produces a dark red-violet wine that is similar to Lucie Kuhlmann and Marechal Foch, although Leon Millot ripens a few weeks earlier.
