Verdejo

Verdejo (“Ver-day-ho”) is a high quality white wine grape grown mainly in Spain’s Rueda region. The wine has medium to pronounced aromatics and flavours of lime, lemon, grapefruit, grass, fennel and white blossom. The wines are medium to full bodied and have medium to high acidity. There are good oak aged versions and with age they can become pleasantly nutty.
