🐰 Easter Pairing: Baked brie bites
There is at least one holiday a year my brother and I bring out the brie bites. Grab the muffin tin, throw in a few sheets of phyllo dough, a hunk of brie, toasted walnuts, and finally topped with some craisins. Thrown in the oven to get crispy and gooey and you have a simple, quick, and delicious starter to pair with this orange wine from Solis Lumen. Almost as if the South of France were bottled up and every sip is a taste closer to summer. Dry, vibrantly citrus leaning, and with just a hint of astringency, it is the perfect partner for the silky texture of the brie, toasty walnuts and if you really want to throw it over the top, drizzle some hot honey for the final touch to tie it all together.
