Rosewood was originally Niagara’s first meadery, owned and operated by a multi-generational beekeeping family. The family business of honey and bees has added and embraced producing low-intervention authentic wine on the Beamsville Bench in Niagara, Ontario.

This unique blend of Chardonnay, Semillon, Chardonnay Musque and Pinot Gris was my introduction to Rosewood and I haven’t looked back since. Notes of vanilla, tropical fruit and wet stone minerality. Rich, almost creamy texture and well balanced acidity.
