🐰 Easter Pairing: Deviled eggs
Eggs are a favourite food of mine, but they are a tricky wine pairing as their rich yolks can dull wine flavours, while their sulphur may create a bitter or metallic taste. For tricky pairings, I always choose sparkling wine!
