Syrah, specifically: British Columbia or Northern Rhone. And I’m passionate about all things fortified.

🌊 Coastal Wines

A must have for gin enthusiasts. Located off the southern coast of England, the Isle of Scilly is an archipelago consisting of 140 islands, of which only five are inhabited. Known for their beautiful white sand beaches, crystal clear water and famous Bishop’s Rock lighthouse (to which this bottle’s shape is an ode to) Scilly Gin is as stunning as where it comes from. 
Clean with a viscous mouthfeel, this gin has notes of orange, juniper and gentle spice. Best over ice with a splash of tonic water and a slice of orange.
