Ireland started with Bishop’s Cellar in 2023 and is new to the wine industry; with previous retail experience, you can catch Ireland working nights and weekends, helping customers find exactly what they’re looking for. On top of all that, Ireland is also working toward getting into law school. Find out some interesting facts about one of our newest employees below. Welcome to the team, Ireland!

Favourite grape or wine region?

Sauvignon Blanc.

Are you a dog or cat person? Or maybe neither. Maybe you have birds or turtles or an ant farm?

I love dogs, but I love my pet pig the most. Daisy is an Australian mini pig and is a big member of our family.

Anything else you want to add?

One thing to add is that ironically, I have never been to Ireland before (as I get asked frequently), but I plan to go eventually!
