With a background in Finance and more than 15 years of first-hand experience navigating Nova Scotia’s beverage alcohol framework, Matt leads the team at Bishop’s Cellar. Since joining the Bishop’s Cellar team in 2006, he has worked in almost every part of the business.
Matt is a passionate advocate for the local beverage industry in Nova Scotia. His love of wine has developed over time—he’s enjoyed learning and travelling so much that he’s now an avid enthusiast and collector. He is also active as an associate board member of the Winery Association of Nova Scotia (WANS) and works with many producers on new product development and industry initiatives. Outside of work, you’ll find Matt out on the golf course or cooking up a storm for friends and family.
