Coming to us with previous experience working in the craft beer industry, both here in Halifax and in Western Canada, Cody’s also worked in a private wine store as well. Proudly forklift certified, Cody has vested interests in bird watching, hiking, and generally just being outdoors. 🌊 Coastal Wines

Coming from the Languedoc regions coastal plains, a terroir defined by the northerly tramontane winds, a very dry growing season and chalky, limestone soil create conditions conducive to both full-bodied red and crisp, herbaceous white wines. 

The wine itself is a combination of strengths from the Languedoc region. Rich, aromatic and slightly tannic; combined with a fresh, citrusy and vibrant side, sprinkled with hints of spice. Balanced floral aromatics, and a crisp finish make it a great option for a sunny day by the ocean. Paired with spicy food or on its own, it embodies the French coastal countryside.
