A recent addition to the retail team down at the shop, Niklas comes to us from Germany; where he acquired “a good acknowledgment of beers, especially Pilsner and Helles.” With a background in product/software, Niklas is newer to the world of wine, with his beer knowledge as a great asset. Favourite wine region or grape?

Grape probably Syrah! For the region I will either head to the Mosel or Breisgau in Germany.
