A graduate of Music Therapy at Acadia University in Wolfville, Erica is one of the newest members of our Retail team. Joining Bishop’s Cellar in late 2023, Erica comes on the heels of working at local winery (and one of our many local favourites!) Benjamin Bridge. Erica’s chill personality has been a great addition down at the shop; keep reading to find out some interesting facts about one of our newest employees below.

As early as I can remember, I have been super eager to take a trip to Sicily and what better time now that I am able to enjoy one of the huge cultural attractions to Europe, food and wine. Specifically in Vittoria Sicily lies the vines of Arianna Occhipinti’s vineyard. Arianna has been passionate about vine culture since she was 16 years old, and began making wine in her early 20’s. Her Occhipinti SP68 White is biodynamic, tastes dry & crisp, and a medley of ripe fruit and fresh herbs. I dream of the day I get to relax on the romantic sunny planes of Occhipinti alongside a refreshing glass of white wine. As we progress into warm weather, I will be imagining it from my front yard.
