Having previously spent a year in Portugal exploring their wines, from Douro Valley to Alentejo, and even Porto, to get more familiar with fortified wine, Damir brings a wealth of knowledge and curiosity to our shop and we’re excited to welcome him abooard. Nebbiolo.
What’s one thing that people would be shocked to know about you?
I’ve lived in 5 countries.
Favorite food? If you could eat one type of food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Arepa. A traditional Venezuela food, made out of corn flour. You can fill it with whatever you please. But my favorite filling would be “Reina Pepiada” a mix of shredded chicken, avocado and green peas.
